Chapter 316: Wager your life in the arena
"I can’t believe you have pregnant women at home who were either in a relationship or liked someone else."
"What can I say, after getting this dicking, they could go back to their partners. I’m just that guy. You’d understand if you weren’t rocking a 4-inch."
Barry instinctively held his hands over his crotch. "H-How did you know?!"
"You don’t give off big dick energy."
Barry had no idea what that meant, but he assumed it meant that he wasn’t cool or something. But he believed that he was cool. He was the hero after all.
"I-I can have big dick energy!"
"Do you have a big dick?"
"N-No."
"Then you can’t have big dick energy."
"Will you both stop talking about your dicks!?" The male prisoner was already annoyed that he had his personal information outed, and after hearing about Kai cucking men, he became even angrier.
"Stay mad, bitch."
"Fuck off!"
"Knock it off, prisoners! You, tall guy with the black curly hair." The pirate guard was referring to Kai. "Come out, the Captain wants you to fight in the arena."
"Cool. Give me one second, though. I have to come up with an escape plan with my friends. Huddle up, everyone."
"What?" The pirate was about to voice his objection, but he suddenly stopped moving, not knowing that Kai had hypnotized him to shut the fuck up.
"Okay, team, I have a plan."
"Kai, I swear, if your plan is fucking stupid..."
He stopped Gwen with a kiss before she started ranting.
"Trust me, I know what I’m doing. Okay, first of all, I will fight in the arena and completely embarrass my opponent. While I’m up there, some guy will come down here and free you all from your cells. After that, we’ll attack the whole base, then take it over. Remember the people I marked."
Everyone admitted that although his plan was basic, it was pretty good. They didn’t know what the guy who would free them looked like, but Kai told them that they would know when he arrived.
"Ha, do you really think you can escape from this place? There’s a reason why no one can locate the Sweatii Pirates’ base."
"Stop being salty, you nameless prisoner. Now you, spy."
"Me?" The woman asked
"Yes, you. Die." Kai blew up her head. He actually remembered that he could read people’s minds, and yeah, she was a spy. So instead of having her alert the captain, Kai decided to kill her now.
"What the fuck?! What the fucking FUCK?! What just happened? What did you just do?!"
"I killed her, duh." Kai casually walked out of the cell, snapping his fingers to remove the magic nullifying cuffs from his friends. The devices didn’t work on him, and he needed to keep it on to fool everyone.
"Y-You could use sorcery this whole time?"
"Yeah."
The prisoner didn’t even know what to say. But if there was one thing he was used to after being locked up for so long, it was to cling to any opportunity that came his way.
"S-Say, do you think you can get me out of these chains?"
Kai stepped in front of the man’s cell, looking him straight in the eyes. He was a middle-aged man with a tired expression. He was clearly in a ton of fights, and it looked as if he was done with life and wanted to end it all. But the look in his eyes upon seeing Kai gave him a sparkle of hope.
"Why? I don’t even know you, and you were really rude to me."
"I know, I know. I’m sorry. Life has been tough ever since I was captured. It’s been around ten years since I’ve seen the outside of this place."
"That sucks, I guess. But what does this have to do with me helping you?" Kai didn’t care the help the guy, but if he offered something valuable, then he might think about it.
"I-If you help me, I can help you take over this place. I’ve been here for years and know my way around."
"Pass, I already know my way around, and clearly, I don’t need you."
The prisoner’s brain scrambled as he tried to find a reason for Kai to help him, but then one idea came to his mind.
"You can-" Kai blew his head up.
"Damn! What did you do that for?" Even though she couldn’t see it, Amaya could still hear the sound of a person’s head exploding.
"He was gonna suggest I use one of you as bait to have Sweatti lower his guard so ’we’ could take him out."
Kyana couldn’t help but feel sorry for the guy. "Poor bastard, he didn’t know Kai is a psychopath when it comes to the well-being of us."
"Okay, that’s enough talk. Time to go to the arena."
"I’ll see you later, guys. Oh, and be careful when your ticket out of here comes, he will blow up."
After telling them that, Kai exited the dungeon.
"Uhh, was he serious about the explosion?" Karumi wondered, looking around for an answer.
"Dunno, but you all should stand behind me if it’s true. Nadya, you should also put up a barrier just in case." Replied.
Nadya agreed. "Sounds good. Now all we do is wait."
Above the dungeon, Kai made his way to the arena, where the crows were a lot larger than the ones he saw earlier. Better yet, Sweatii Bahllz himself was in the stands waiting for Kai to enter.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you, Kai, from the hero’s party! He was the one who killed our brothers and sisters and even dared to insult me!"
"Booooo!"
"Kill him!"
"Burn him alive!"
"Now I know you all are angry for the loss of our family, but that is why we are here. Today, Kai will be fighting ’The Beast’!"
"YEAHHHHH!!!"
"HOLY SHIT!"
"THE BEAST! YES! I LOVE WATCHING THE BEAST!"
"HE’S FUCKING DONE FOR!"
"Bring out the beast!"
Judging by the name, Kai expected to be fighting an animal, but instead, he got some sikly looking skinny guy with bags under his eyes. He was clearly not a beast at all. But when he stepped out, the crowd cheered even louder.
"Bring him down!"
"Show him who’s boss!"
"Kill him!"
’Dude, do you need a sandwich or something? You’re skinny as fuck." Kai wasn’t even joking. He would really give the guy a sandwich.
"I will kill you and eat you for dinner."
"Okay, guess you don’t need that sandwich."
"Now, fight to the death!" Sweatii shouted, beginning the match.
