Diamond looked suspiciously at her mother who was looking at her with one of her scary glares and shrunk her neck knowing that her mother was not playing.
Ma Perry furrowed her brows seeing what Diamond was up to and glared at her warningly and that trick worked.
"I .... Do you really want to know?" Diamond uncertainly asked, wondering if they would be able to take it if she said it all.
Ma Perry, who didn’t want to be shocked anymore further in the future decided to hear everything at this very moment.
So, she was ready and nodded her head heavily.
Pa Perry was the same. He was quite curious what his eldest had been up to all this time, while Ruby wanted to understand how her sister prowess was like. After all, it was rare to come across such a chance to understand Diamond.
So, all eyes were on Diamond, who sighed heavily hoping that her family would be able to take it.

How can one speak causally like that as if speaking about buying fruits at a vegetable market?
However, Diamond didn’t see it like that. She was truly interested in the kind of cars the Dawkers were making. After all, having an extra car or a few others wouldn’t change anything.
After mentioning several companies, she owned, she moved a level higher, taking them by surprise.
"As you know, I am kind of gifted in the alchemy department ...." She boastfully said, raising her brows which made the three at a loss at how to look at this boastful person. However, when she continued to boast, their expressions turned solemn as they were hit by an unexpected revelation.
"So, the government kind of noticed. So ... consider me as a nation’s asset. I now provide them with pills and the like. You aren’t allowed to tell anyone about that," she seriously shared some details and the three’s reaction was to be expected.
"You ..... wait a minute," Pa Perry who had been maintaining his silence all this time couldn’t take it anymore, he had to make Diamond stop talking for a moment as he felt his blood rush and heart beating in his ears.
Diamond upon seeing that, scratched her head guiltily knowing that she had picked the wrong thing to talk about. She should have started with something lighter. Now see what she had made her family do?
Thinking about their welfare, she conjured three bottles of spring water in her hands and passed the water to them.
The three weren’t shocked by such a move. After all, Ma Perry even owned a storage bag. The three uncorked the water and took several sips. The spring water calmed their nerves and their racing hearts quieted as well.
After soothing their nerves, they finally had the energy to question Diamond on that matter.
"Darling, you are saying that you are working for the nation?"
"They buy pills from you?"
"They know about you? Sis, are you fine?"
Diamond chuckled as she got bombarded by these questions but still answered generously.
"I am a grandmaster and well respected. When they see me, they all treat me with respect. So, I have nothing to worry about. Because of this status of mine, the nation put more focus and importance on me and this also extend to you as well.
So, since I am doing a good deed for the nation, I had them provide security for you as well. So, there should be people assigned to all of you that you won’t see unless you are in deep danger. Anyway, don’t worry about them. Just do your work as you have always done without thinking much about them."
"But ... having such people guard us, won’t we expose some secrets?"
"Haha, don’t worry about that. I am strong enough to protect anyone. Just be at ease. They can’t do without me but I can do without them," she then went on to explain the importance of grandmasters to a nation.
