Chapter 494: Jasper Thorne
City A (10th Zone):
Jeremy Night enters the inner area. He came across the corrupted beasts and started fighting against them.
Slowly, he is getting used to the blade. So far he has been fighting only that Tier-4 Corrupted beast. He hadn’t come across the Tier-5 Beast so far.
Once he comes across that beast. He will truly test the strength of the rust blade. But it’s already evening time.
He decides to return to the city now. He wants to know about the decision made by the Leader Gisela. He doubts that they would allow him easily.
How could someone trust a Beast Tamer’s words? If Miley’s mother’s side family had another calculation, then what to do?
Jeremy shakes his head. He will discuss with the Leader Gisela. Next, he started his return journey back.
Time passed,
He returned to the city late at night. Then he came back to the Organisation several minutes later. After coming back to his room, he takes out the device to check messages.
There were no new messages. He had thought the Leader would have texted him. Then he shakes his head before going to bed. He will think about it tomorrow morning.
The following day,
He woke up early and started doing his morning routine. He enters the training room an hour later. He then sat crosslegged on the ground and started practicing the inner healing method.
The natural energy from the surroundings entered his body. As they began to course through his body, the cells started absorbing the natural energy.
Next, the unknown beast egg inside the mental zone wakes up. It started sucking the natural energy from outside.
Time passed,
He ended the practice two hours later. Then gets ready to go and meet Leader Gisela.
About 20 minutes later,
He comes to her office. Leader Gisela allowed him to enter inside. Jeremy Night walks inside the building. He sees her sitting behind the desk.
Jeremy then sits on the chair opposite her. Gisela knew what this was about.
"There is no response from the City Governor Marcos. Once the investigation was done. You can go to the 9th Zone. If something bad happens to you there, then there will be no one to rescue you," Gisela said in a serious tone.
"It’s just an opportunity to enter the 9th Zone. But there are plenty of opportunities ahead. You don’t have to risk your life for this one," She added.
Hearing that Jeremy was truly convinced in his heart. There are already people after his life in this city. If he enters the 9th Zone anything can happen there.
He then shakes his head before asking,"Team Leader, what opportunities are you talking about?"
Gisela realises that the young man won’t go without knowing.
She sighed. Then she said,"Low level beast tamers can’t go to other zones unless special circumstances. But high level Beast Tamers often visit other zones for business purposes."
"That’s how I visit other zones. If I go to other zones next time, I’ll tell you. Once you get basic experience, you can travel alone in future," She added.
Jeremy’s eyes flickered with an understanding. He was not surprised. He had seen business people on flights often talk about other zones.
Since there are opportunities. He has decided not to take risks. Then he sends a rejection message to Miley. He did it in front of her.
"I sent a rejection message. I’m not going to the 9th Zone. If the Team Leader gives me an opportunity in future, then I’ll go with you," Jeremy replied.
"Good, you can go back and practise now," She said.
Jeremy nodded to her before leaving the room. He already has a plan in his mind. He is going to spend time in the training room.
He has decided to practise the Blade One Move with the rust blade. He wants to restore the rust blade. So he will gain two things in practice.
Meanwhile,
A person made a re-entry to the City A, 10th Zone. The person was none other than Head of the Sun Wheel Organisation, Frank Doolin.
He has come back not alone. But with someone. The person is a young man dressed in luxurious clothes. His name is Jasper Thorne, Tier-4 Beast Tamer.
He is from one powerful Beast Taming Families in the 5th Zone called Thorne Family.
Head Frank Doolin is leading a young man out of the airport.
Jasper Thorne follows him from behind. While walking he is observing everything. It was his first time visiting the lower zone. He had never visited another place other than the 5th Zone.
The low concentrations of natural energy in this place made him frowned. His first impression was bad. His father advised him not to enter the wilderness here.
Though the place has low concentrations of natural energy. But it’s no less dangerous than the 5th Zone. His father has told him that Colossal Beasts were living in this wilderness.
"It’s a sh!tty place," Jasper uttered.
Hearing that Frank Doolin’s expression turned dark. Just as both of them were about to enter the cab.
"Wait!"
The City Guards arrived to stop them. The airport staff have already alerted the City Administration upon spotting the Head Frank Doolin.
Jasper Thorne frowned. He recalled why he was here. Apparently, the old man in front of him has committed a crime.
The City Governors were after him. In order to escape, he sought the help of the Thorne Family.
"Head Frank Doolin come with us!"
The City Guard Captain said to Head Frank.
Frank Doolin’s expression changes. He was afraid. He turned towards the Young Master beside him.
"Young master save me!" He said.
Jasper smiled and turned towards the Captain.
"Leave him alone. He is not a member of your 10th Zone anymore. He is now a 5th Zone member. You guys can’t touch him," Jasper said in a cold tone.
Hearing that the faces of the City Guard Captain and others change drastically. They didn’t expect someone from the 5th Zone to come here.
The City Guard Captain can’t handle this problem. He immediately reported to the City Governors.
