Chapter 2311: Oda Nobunaga’s Endless Castle [29]

-----

"Disgusting...! A hybrid between Titan and Dragon?!" Fortune said. "No, you were also... with that sludge-like slime thing! How disgusting! And the glorious dragon king has taken you as one of his brides?! What an abhorrent man he is! No wonder all dragons deserve to die as much as any other race that isn’t human. You’re all disgusting monsters! So gross! It only makes me want to kill you even more!"

"Won’t you shut the fuck up already, you stupid retard?!" Miranda’s voice roared. She was really damn angry. Benladann stepped forward, facing the smaller human with her taller body as she swung her axe, which had now grown to an enormous size, clashing against him with several powerful, destructive blows.

CLASH! CLASH! CLASH! CLASH!

Shockwaves of chaotic energies spread everywhere. Combined with ice, they contaminated everything with miasma and then froze it into chaotic ice, which even spread through the man’s arm as he parried and blocked with his heavy blade.

"You wield the power of the Chaos Dragon Ragnarök, which should be impossible! To think you would go to such lengths to even have a fraction of the power that a Venerable could have! Pathetic! Utterly disgusting!"

Fortune shouted angrily, furrowing his blonde eyebrows as he attacked back, manifesting dozens of spheres of light and firing them at Benladann and Miranda, bombarding them with massive explosions.

"{Radiant Star Shower}!"

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!

"Uuuggh!"

The pain was real. Each explosion pierced through the fusion’s body and tore off a chunk of flesh, leaving behind countless holes across her arms and legs, blood spraying everywhere.

However, the holes quickly regenerated thanks to Benladann and Miranda’s combined super regeneration, helping them withstand the blows better than any of the children could.

"Damn bastard!"

Miranda roared as the fusion swung their leg, kicking Fortune away with immense force, sending him flying into the ceiling and crashing through dozens of rooms.

CRAAASH!

"Grrrr...!"

The man swiftly stood back up, his radiance shattering the purple ice covering his body. He quickly joined the battle once more, kicking the floor and appearing above Benladann’s head, aiming at her with his heavy blade.

"I’ll cut you into two perfect halves..."

With a wicked smile, his eyes turned red, orange, and yellow, blazing with fiery colors. His Aura erupted, and hundreds of spheres of light merged into his sword. As he wielded the sword with immense force, his blade grew so large it sliced through dozens of rooms above him before he moved it down, reaching Benladann’s head within a split second.

"{Fate-Shattering Radiant Blade of Providence}!"

SLAAASH!

RUMBLE!

As the sword moved down, it generated an immense shockwave, making the empty air rumble as Benladann gazed at it a second too late.

The sword reached her, striking her head.

"MOOOM!"

"RAAAAHHHH!"

Benladra, Kate, and Drakda cried, roaring furiously as they unleashed three breath attacks at once, striking the blade at the last second.

BOOOM! BOOOM! BOOOM!

Their combined power was barely enough to push the sword, cutting through Benladann’s left arm instead. She screamed in agony, her black and red blood splattering everywhere as the massive limb fell down.

BAAAM!

"Unnngh?! Aaagh! It hurts so much?!"

Benladann was surprised it hurt this much. When merged with Miranda, she could easily regrow limbs and would usually not feel this much pain when taking damage.

But that wasn’t the case when she faced the Light of Providence, a powerful Ascendancy Law that Fortune had refined and created hundreds of thousands of years ago.

It was a Law itself, and its light, so bright and destructive, could pulverize anything.

Her arm slowly began to turn into ashes, unable to recover or even turn into a small miasmic arm, as Miranda wanted to.

"Shit, this is bad!" Miranda said. "That light is my total opposite! It just burns me until it leaves nothing behind!"

"C-Can we recover the lost arm at least?!" Benladann asked.

"I can!" Miranda quickly began to regrow a new arm for Benladann, mostly made out of miasmic mold tentacles wrapped together and then regaining red flesh, blue skin, and black scales. "But it’ll take a few seconds and—"

"You damn kids!"

Fortune roared angrily, swinging his titanic sword at the three dragon children. A gigantic slicing wave of bright golden light rushed toward them at lightning speed.

"Disappear! {Horizon Genesis}!"

That single attack suddenly twisted space and time around it, slicing it apart and then reaching the trio within a split second.

An attack that split through space and time, capable of creating what Fortune dubbed a "Small Genesis," which was the origin of all things.

This powerful singularity resembled a black hole but was made entirely out of light.

Some human scientists would call it a "white hole," as instead of absorbing, it released immense concentrations of dimensional energy and light.

As the explosion was about to swallow all three of the children, Drakda quickly twisted space, encompassing his body with void.

BOOOMMM!!!

"Damn it! Won’t you even have mercy for children?!"

Benladann grew furious, punching Fortune down with her giant fist even as her fingers broke due to his immensely tough body. His body fell, crashing through many rooms of the infinite castle.

CRAAASH!

"Children! Benladra! Where are you?!"

Benladann rushed toward them, finding them safe amidst the smoke.

"W-We’re fine..." Benladra sighed. "Ugh...!"

"Drakda saved us!" Kate said.

"Ouch..." Drakda groaned. The explosion still got them slightly, their tails had been burned and disintegrated, but the rest of their bodies were fine. "My tail...!"

"Oh, thank the heavens you’re alright!" Benladann hugged them all with her giant arms. "Andromeda! Can’t you help us out?"

"I cannot intervene. The system is still too unstable and glitched. I tried! I really did!" Andromeda felt powerless, frustrating her tremendously. "At the end of the day, I am still not a real physical being..."

"How were they able to survive that, though?!" Miranda asked. "I mean, I’m really relieved, but still... Drakda, was it you?"

"He created a Pocket Void or something and stuck all of us inside. It was really tight, though!" Benladra said. "But that saved us..."

"Pocket Void?" Benladann asked. "But wasn’t it not possible to move through space?"
