I took Nick to the town hall
“Bird monster… Do you mean the one she rode on to the slums…?”
“Yes. She has a desire to do something to help the people there.”
“I-I see… So she is the one they call princess…”
Apparently, Nick had heard about that as well. And his face tensed at the thought of the monster.
Regardless, With Aloysius, Nick and Sebastian’s help, Tilura would be able to think properly. And I hoped she would be able to do something.
It was with such thoughts that I took Nick and we left the store.
And then we headed to the town hall where Claire and the others were waiting.
“Sorry to keep you waiting, Ms. Jane.”
“Uh, is this the new servant you were talking about? Hello, sister! I am Nick.”“Mr. Nick. I have heard all about you. However…”
When we arrived, Ms. Jane was waiting for us at the entrance.
Ms. Jane looked a little awkward, and I saw Ms. Lyra sighing behind her.

“Yes, we have finished with preparations. The people have arrived and are waiting in a different room. Lady Claire and Mr. Sebastian are currently speaking with Mr. Soldan.”

Well, preparations were mostly just taking out the chairs, so it wouldn’t have taken too long with everyone’s help.
Apparently, Mr. Soldan was here today, which made me a little anxious… He talked very quickly, and was always praising Mr. Ekenhart.

This one was much bigger… A hundred people could easily fit inside.
The chairs had already been lined up in rows, and there was a desk and chairs facing them. It was probably for me and Claire.
“Mr. Takumi.”
“Claire. Where is Mr. Soldan?”
“He is with Sebastian right now. He is a nice man…but it is awkward to hear him talking about my father so much…”
“Haha… Uh, are those flags?”
“Yes. The flag of this country, as well as our family flag.”
“Huh… Now that I think about it, I have seen the duke’s crest before, but this is the first time seeing the country’s.”
There were two flags on both sides of the desk where we would be sitting.
The country’s crest was that of a Silver Fenrir. It was sitting down, unlike the duke’s crest, which depicted a fenrir that was leaping through the air.
