Leo had noticed the difference previously

Sebastian put the medicine down on the desk and then peered into my face.
Though he wasn’t a doctor, it felt comforting to have him here.
He then opened my eyelids, looked down my throat and continued his inspection while Claire asked about the others.
“Lady Tilura is with Rahle and the cockatrices and fenrirs. After all, they must be kept quiet if Mr. Takumi is ill.”
I really was causing everyone to worry… Still, they really were treating me like a sick person. I didn’t like it. Though…maybe I really was sick.
“…I’m sorry. We already made so much noise.”

Claire and Leo apologized for rushing into the room so noisily…
