Mysterious Journey
Chapter 743: The Old Demon King's Advice
Professor Sprout said softly, thoughtfully eyeing Ellina.
"Perhaps Miss Kaslana possesses some Ravenclaw qualities, but we must remember that she is not a first-year student—in the past year of study, the Ravenclaws in her year have been the most unfamiliar to her."
The short, plump witch said, a fleeting slyness appearing on her kind and genial face.
"In the upcoming courses, I suggest we continue to sort the classes according to last year's schedule."
Due to the combination of class schedules, there are always some imbalances in Hogwarts.
For example, the lower-year Slytherins and Gryffindors only have Potions and Flying lessons together each week, spending most of their time with Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff students.
On the other hand, Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are naturally the same.
As a proper Head of House, Pomona Sprout is not truly an inflexible and honest person. From another perspective, as long as the Hogwarts kitchen remains in the same place, Ellina's privilege is also Hufflepuff's privilege.
For Professor Sprout, as long as Ellina is still in the Hufflepuff students' classrooms, she is a Hufflepuff.
"So, she's considered a Ravenclaw, but her courses and homework are still Hufflepuff and Gryffindor?"
Professor Flitwick pondered for a moment, then his brow relaxed, and he nodded.
"I don't see any problem, as long as Miss Kaslana spends most of her time living in Ravenclaw Tower—"
She wasn't their House's prize cabbage to begin with, and being able to have her name attached is better than before.
What's more, with Ellina Kaslana's addition, at least those little ones won't have to spend three or four nights a week in sleeping bags outside the Eagle door, especially as the Eagle door riddles become increasingly bizarre.
"Then I have only one request, the Gryffindor Quidditch team..."
Professor McGonagall raised an eyebrow, glancing at the white-haired fluff ball sitting on the stool, "I don't care about other aspects, but Ellina, you must come and participate in this year's Gryffindor team—Wood has been nagging me about it for a whole semester."
As the Hogwarts "Moon Team" from last year enters the second year, this year's Quidditch is obviously becoming more exciting.
And among them, Ellina Kaslana, as the FMVP and captain, is undoubtedly the most crucial player. Even if she can't 100% defeat the other Houses' "old teammates," she at least has a 98% probability of doing so.
The only thing to watch out for might be Hufflepuff.
That little witch named Abott Hannah's talent in brute strength and flying is almost like a weakened version of Ellina, especially after half a summer of Quidditch training, no one knows how much she has grown now.
"If there's a spot, I don't have any problem."
Ellina shrugged, nodding indifferently in response.
Since leading the "Hogwarts Dream Team" through the entire Quidditch dungeon last year, Ellina's obsession with it hasn't been as strong. At most, it's just an ordinary gym class, just play along casually.
"Potions class will still be Monday to Thursday, the second double period in the afternoon."
Professor Snape's lips twitched as he said softly, then thought for a moment and added an extra sentence.
"By the way, Professor Dumbledore has approved the enchanted laboratory you mentioned last semester—it's in the area next to the school where the Muggle researchers are. If you want to have classes there, you need to apply and explain to me a week in advance."
Severus Snape is generally quite satisfied with this Potions teaching assistant.
Perhaps due to age and personality, Snape showed surprising tolerance after learning some non-magical chemical theories. At least for now, he has accepted the new term "Magichemistry."
However, because Ellina has not returned to school, he has not been able to carry out related ideas and experiments.
It must be admitted that since seeing the Muggles' bright, clean, rigorous, and orderly laboratories, Snape's ideal Potions classroom and Potions laboratory have completely changed—times should indeed change.
"Very well, it seems everyone has reached an agreement."
Grindelwald looked around at the professors in the room, saying cheerfully.
The four Houses each got what they wanted, and Ellina was neither "divided into four" nor did she lose her original privileges, and she even took a step further. This is undoubtedly the most satisfactory result.
"The only thing missing is that we may need to grant Miss Kaslana a little privilege."
The first Dark Lord paused, pointed to the "tricolor" prefect badge pinned to Ellina's chest, grinned, a glint flashed in his eyes, and continued in a half-joking, half-serious tone.
"Hogwarts has four Houses, missing one color, it always looks a bit strange."
"Prefect of all four Houses? That's not as simple as you think."
Dumbledore rubbed his brow in some pain, "There has never been a student in Hogwarts who simultaneously served as so many prefects. If Ellina becomes the prefect of all four Houses, then she is equivalent to the student council president."
"No, there are still some slight differences..."
Grindelwald raised a finger, shook his head, and said softly with a smile.
"As far as I know, the Hogwarts student council president is divided into male and female, and their responsibilities are student representatives, as well as managing and assigning the daily work of the prefects—but this is obviously neither in line with tradition nor standard requirements."
Each year before the start of the new semester, the Headmaster appoints male and female student council presidents from the seventh-year students.
The selection criteria for this position include academic performance, moral character, reputation, and personality. There can be multiple prefects in Hogwarts, but there are only two student council presidents each year. It's too early for a second-year student to hold this position.
What's more...in Grindelwald's view, no boy can compare to his little devil.
"I don't quite understand what you mean, Professor Apocalyps."
Professor McGonagall frowned slightly, shrugged, and explained helplessly.
"At least from the current Hogwarts rules, there are only these two assistant management positions that students can hold, and once they become prefects of all four Houses, it is indeed equivalent to the female student council president, which will also cause confusion for the students."
"Rules are gradually improved..."
Grindelwald waved his hand, saying seriously, "Besides, it is a bit problematic to simultaneously serve as prefect of four Houses. Don't you think it would be a bit strange? Prefects are not the same..."
"So, Professor Apocalyps, do you have any good suggestions?"
Dumbledore glanced at Ellina thoughtfully, saying with a strange expression.
"Of course, the method is very simple—"
The smile on Grindelwald's face grew stronger, he waved his hand, and said calmly.
"I suggest revoking all of Ellina Kaslana's prefect authority, and not establishing special positions among the prefects—"
"Huh?!" Ellina narrowed her eyes slightly, the little ahoge on her head stood up alertly.
This old potato, looks like he's been living a little too comfortably lately?
